Interactive Scale Model.

Physical 3D scale models embedded with live interactive touch technology. The model itself becomes the sales tool.

Activated Scale Model

The model is the centerpiece. We bring it to life.

Physical scale models are produced by specialist modelmakers. We integrate the technology layer that turns those models into interactive sales tools: capacitive touch overlays on the tabletop, addressable LED systems inside the units, projection mapping over the masterplan, and real-time data feeds for live availability. The model stays the centerpiece, and the technology disappears into it.

How We Deliver

From modelmaker to model launch.

Every interactive scale model follows a four-phase delivery process, coordinated alongside your modelmaker from day one. Touch surfaces, projection rigs, LED systems, and live data all converge the day the physical model arrives on site.

Kick-Off

1. Kick-Off

We align with your sales, marketing, and modelmaker teams to map the unit data, lighting channels, and touch points the model needs to support.

  • Coordinate with the modelmaker on geometry and tolerances
  • Define touch zones, LED channels, and projection surfaces
  • Confirm CRM and pricing feeds
Design

2. Interface & Story Design

We design the touch UI, projection content, and LED logic before fabrication begins so software and physical model line up perfectly.

  • Touch UI and companion-screen layouts
  • Projection storyboard and masterplan overlays
  • LED-per-unit scheme synced to availability
Production

3. Build & Calibration

We build the interactive layer in parallel with the modelmaker, fabricating tabletop electronics and pre-calibrating projection geometry on a test rig.

  • Tabletop and electronics fabrication
  • Projection mapping and LED wiring
  • CRM and pricing data integration
On-Site Install

4. On-Site Install & Training

We install on-site, fine-tune calibration against the finished physical model, and walk your sales team through operating the system before opening.

  • On-site calibration and projection alignment
  • Sales-team operation training
  • Hand-off with support plan in place
See It For Yourself

We will walk you through a deployed interactive scale model, the integration process with your modelmaker, and the hardware specifications that match your sales center.

Frequently Asked

Questions, answered.

A short list of the questions we get most often. If yours isn't here, get in touch and we will walk you through it.

How is this different from a traditional scale model?
A traditional scale model is static. An activated model is interactive: your sales team toggles availability, projects masterplan overlays, lights up individual units, and answers buyer questions live around the centerpiece - turning a viewing piece into a sales tool.
Do you build the physical model too?
No. The physical model is produced by your chosen modelmaker. We deliver the technology layer - touch surfaces, projection, LED systems, sensors, and software - and coordinate with the modelmaker from day one so everything aligns on install day.
How long does delivery take?
Most activations take 8 to 14 weeks, depending on model size, the number of touchpoints, and projection complexity. We sequence the work alongside the modelmaker's fabrication schedule.
What do we need to provide?
Approved masterplan and unit data, the modelmaker's CAD files, and brand references. From there, your project manager guides you through onboarding with clear checklists and deadlines.
Do you train our sales team?
Yes. On-site training is included with every launch. We walk your sales team through unit selection, projection scenes, LED states, and the companion screen so they can operate confidently from day one.
Does it stay updated as units sell?
Yes. The model is linked to your CRM or pricing source. As units are reserved or sold, the LEDs, touch UI, and companion screen all update in real time without manual intervention.
How do you support us after launch?
We offer tiered support packages with clear response times, remote monitoring, and warranty management on every hardware component - projectors, LEDs, touch surfaces, and controllers - so the model keeps running reliably.
